If you do that, try to go for a less moist cake, just so that it won't get way too soggy with the mascarpone mixture. You may want to test what a tiramisu and fondant will taste like together as well. I've never tried both together, but based on what each taste like, I'm not sure that'll go well, but I could be wrong.

lol.... well I will have a brand new kitchen soon... and plenty of time to experiment.. i'll let you know what I find out

lol.. I bet you would... to bad it won't travel well... when are you making a trip to Florida... we can schedule another Topless Phlocking and you can sample tiramisu...
