Were you the gigantic guy stumbling out of Starlake in front of me last night, being "assisted" by two women?
It was a funny sight...this guy must have been 6'7", 350 lbs, drunk as a skunk, barely able to walk, and these two little women were trying to help him out (and keep him from killing someone...the one lady must have been his wife...she kinda had a concerned look on her face, as if the big guy had a mean streak).

What a show! I will agree with everyone else..time FLEW by yesterday. We unpacked everything, fired up the grill, ate, drank, and roamed the parking lot, then it was showtime. I had a blast and it was great meeting everyone (can't remember who I all met though

)
Anyways Jimmy was on fire and in top form along with the rest of the reefers last night. It started raining but then cleared up and ended up being a nice evening. Last nights Set List ROCKED!
I took some pictures (from the parking lot, and inside during the concert) and I will post them within the next few days.
Hope everyone made it home safely!

The drive home was painfull...I was exhausted. Followed another Parrothead home all the way from the parking lot down McKnight Road to Mcandless Twnshp....don't know who it was, but his driving got progressively worse the closer we got to home.

what a great party, what a great show. two of my brothers and i left the
harrisburg area and we were in the parking lot by 1:00 pm. i was supprised
at how much jimmy has cut back on brass section. and no amy lee! but
the show was great and that japanese guy on the ukulele kicked ass.
we had tickets for section 9 in the back but snuck into the vip section and
sat there for two songs until security wised up and kicked us out. so we
just moved back a few rows and still had a great view. someone did throw
a beach ball that hit the guy next to me causing him to drench me with his
cup of lager. i didn't get mad. that s*** happens. by the time the show was
over i was dry. met a bunch of people that remembered me from two
years ago and fellow bn'er beachbum30. and a special hello out to Laura
and Amy (or was it Mandy, maybe Amanda). looking forward to camden
in two month. fins up!

I am so mad I could just spit! I was set to meet some BNer's at Fanvan's setup. My friend & I were using the bus offered thru Ticketmaster. Got picked up at Fox Chapel Waterworks Mall at 4:45.
Took this driver 3 hrs to get to Pg Pavilion?? Others on the bus were also fuming & let the driver know to which the driver said he'd get us there in time. He parked the bus, we got off...no time for restroom or to get a drink...found out seats & concert started the minute we sat down!!! I made note of direction & for sure next yr. it will be a stay at hotel & have time to enjoy the tailgate scene. Concert was just great....planning for next yr already

We were there. Spent most of our time from 4:30 - 7:15 just roaming the parking lots talking to a few people but mostly just being quiet and taking in the experience. Awsome tailgating but the show was even better. I do fault the venue for the security problems getting in. This was a major screwup on their part. We were all packed in like sardines. Lots of pushing and shoving trying to get in. This was beyond crazy, people were getting very angry and they had every right. We went in the West Gate. Did those who went into the other gates have the same problems? I wondered about this. We finally got to our seats at 8:00. There was a few empty seats around us but the lawn looked awsome.
The rain was not bad. We had pavilion seating but not under roof so we got soaked. Would have been worse if it rained the entire time.
So did we have a good time? HELL YEA!
Would we do it again? HELL YEA!
Next year we WILL be there!!!

Did stop by Craiger's jeep to say hello. I was alone at the time. Everyone wanted to go their own direction which was fine. I did stop in at the Balcany Girls place but didn't stay long at all. I met up with my crew there and they wanted to move on.
To everyone I missed. Sorry about this! We had a great time. THANKS

Sooooooo sleepy. My dear sweet child decided to wake me up at 4 am yesterday! Making me very tired and slow to get started to get on the road. Time did fly yesterday, but not in that construction traffic on 22/30 on the way home!
As we got into the lot, I got to see Jimmy as he drove by with his police escort! That's a first for me and I was very excited!
Met Balcony Girl 1 and Balcony Girl 2 and they are just as sweet as can be! Otherwise, I just chilled at fanvan's RV site and had a good time watching people act crazy! Thanks for the virgin pineapple drink, it was so good!
Oh, and then I got ditched by my Cousin Colin (with his ticket in my purse). Well, alright, maybe there was a woman to blame (not me, my sister for telling me the wrong plan for finding him before the show!). Sorry about that, my friend. Je t'adore!
The mob getting in was ridiculous! What is the deal with that? We witnessed several near fights b/c of it. We decided to wait it out and go in last. Crazy.
Anyways, off to finally try to catch up on some sleep. Tim, I can't believe you were only half an hour late for work the day after. I'll probably be at least an hour late tomorrow - two days after!
Oh, and where was Frank?? What happened, did time fly for you too? Sorry we missed you!!

I went through the West Gate as well and didn't have
too much trouble getting in. My group started heading towards the west gate around 730 and got in by 745...what time did you reach the gates? I did notice some people starting to get annoyed.
Another thing I found funny was when I was buying a few concert T's outside the venue, a short lady that must work there must of saw I had a camera in my hand and told me "Jimmy Buffett just annouced NO cameras are allowed" I told her that the website said disposable ones are allowed (and thats what I had) and she said "well Jimmy just told us no" ....well I still got lucky and stuffed one down my pants

Going into the venue, secruity made us lift up our shirts and spin around and while I was spinning around I felt the camera go off down in my pants

Awesome time in Pittsburgh yesterday! Met up at the BN van, and had fun meeting the Balcony Girls and the others! Loved the concert, particularly Jake (you ROCK!). Had a long ride home to Somerset, but it was all worth it. Hopefully we can meet up again in Vegas, Baby, in October!

We were standing beside the t-shirt booth when we saw a group starting to form and we got in line around what I thought was 7:15 but it may have been a later. I wasn't paying that close attention to the time. It could have been 7:30.

That's funny right there. I don't care who you are!

It's ok if you don't want to share the picture your camera took.

That's bs ws.
Like I told you ws next year you need to stay at the Country Inn & Suites.
The pre-party on Monday was wild and big hoot.
The hotel serves up burgers, dogs and a cold pasta dish. They let us drink poolside all and night. They get it and are very friendly to us.
Tom Watts the Buffettman played from 6-9pm and then they played a rock and dance music over the thier sound system.
Tom was a standin for Jimmy last year for the filming of the movie Hoot.
Also, his wife gets two big buses to take anyone over to Starlake. It costs $18 return, well worth the price, and leaves the hotel at 2pm. They got in by 2:30pm.
This is the fifth year that they do this and they paln to do it again next year.

What was up with the beers lines??? I left my seats a copule of songs in to get some saw the line and said screw this.
Went back a couple of songs later and that is where by some chance or luck I came upon my two lovely friends who had just previously ditched me. They were watching the show from the sidelines.
It all worked out in the end. We did see the show together and we all managed to see it in the pavilion.
Don't ask me about parking. No there has their s*** together.
Je t'adore aussi mon amis. Des gros caresses et bisous.

Damn, sorry I missed most of y'all. Was nice to see Tim for a few minutes, and I got to hang with Colin for a while at the hotel.
We got in the upper parking lot about 1:00, which was very cool, but unfortunately, not many people bothered to wander up to say hello. Anyway, it was a great show, and Jimmy really seemed to be at the top of his game.

See you all at Nissan.
