Does anyone have a list they could email me/post of what you bring to a typical JB tailgate. I started one but I'm sure you guys have some great ideas as well and I want to be as prepared as possible. The other issue is that no one in my group has a truck so we're going to have to make due with just a couple suv's.
No fun bringing threads back on-topic. But anyway, here's a list of stuff we take:

That's okay, I manage to bring all the food, tent, grill, and various sundries and 8 people in a hyundai elantra and a mustang :)

If I can do that, You'll be fine!

I'm pretty far behind on this thread otherwise I would suggest some gooey food but I imagine that's already been done. ;-) Gotta keep reading!

Just made a batch yesterday of something new. Chocolate peanut butter oatmeal clusters. They're gooey and yummy (according to the family, I personally can't eat them...too rich :( )

Key lime ones are all ready, too. Time will tell what else I have time to bake.
Sy those sound soooooooo yummy!!!!!!!! I can't wait!!!! I am getting so psyched!!!!!!! Do you have a specific parking lot that you meet in? I have not been to the Tweeter Center as of yet!!!!! We have lawn seats and it would be fun to get together with others who have lawn seats so we can all sit together!!!

A bunch of us are meeting at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill around 11 am and then caravan-ing over to the Tweeter. Most likely we will be in the lot by the riversharks stadium - under the bridge, I am hoping that Blackjack can pulla rabbit out of his hat and get us all in a much better lot . PM Harry_Fins your cell number and he will circulate a cell phone list a few days before so we can all meet up in the spirit of the day.

I heard the lots are not opening until 4, does anyone know if this is true or not? I went to see Dave Matthews there this year and the first night the lots were open early but there were a lot of problems with young kids drinking and causing fights etc. and the next night the lots did not open until 4. I am PRAYING they don't do this for Buffett.

They usually open at 12:00... the crowd is a little different then DMB... but if they decide to open them late, there will be a HUGE line of cars waiting to get in (I can see a line of cars from Camden, accross the bridge and into Philly if they don't open by 4:00) and the police will make them open the lots up becuase of traffic problems.

You can always call and get a "real" estimate of when the lots will open.

I called today and they said 4 pm. I was going to post the same thing.

There are other lots there not owned by the venue that will be glad to take our money.

I plan to show up at 10. If they don't park us, I will tailgait in the road.

They say 4:00... but I wonder what time they will really open??? I will be down there around 11:00 with about 20 people... if they don't let us in, we'll just take up a spot on the street.

It will s*** if a bunch of kids at a DMB concert ruined all the fun for us.

Where are the private lots if we can't get in? I think most of the lots down there are run by the parking authority so they would restict parking for the concert.

We got down there around 230 for DMB the second night and had to drive around and just park on some not so great side street until 4. There really is no parking around there except for the paid lots for the Tweeter Center. We planned on getting down there at 12 and are coming in a bus.
