I'm honored to be the chauffer for Four Play Palmetta next Tuesday.
Comtnfsh just let me know that Four Play Palmetta will be on her way to me, so don't forget to stop by my tent and sign Four Play Palmetta and get a picture taken so she can post them up in her thread!!! She'll be pretty peeved if you don't.
For those newer people who haven't browsed the board enough to see the thread, here is some info about Palmetta:
History:
Being a nationwide community, there is always someone from BN at a Buffett show. In fact, there are often more than 20 regulars at a given concert. In order to strengthen the community bonds, a tradition was born in 2003.
That year, I think it was frognot who bought the first tree. It was a 6-foot inflatable palm tree and it became the official BN mascot. Being from Texas, he named this tree “Lonestar Palm” or LSP – the granddaddy of them all. LSP gathered many signatures at concerts around the country, and set a precedent when it was signed by Jimmy Buffett.
In 2004, Angel Beech continued the tradition with “Junior Mint Palm”, or JMP. This tree was started in April and made it to over a dozen concerts. Jimmy Buffett signed JMP at the Today Show appearance in June. You can read about JMP's adventures here;

2005 brought us SOASOAPT...26 Buffett style performances/phlockings and was even a guest at a wedding. He is currently on permanent display at the Dunwoody CIP in Atlanta, GA. To see/read all about that Palm Boy's adventures click HERE
Overview:
Four Play Palm is the official mascot for all BN gatherings in 2006. An official BN Gathering consists of at least 2 BN'ers who do not see each other on a daily basis. Jimmy Buffett does not need to be present, but a JB concert will take precedent over a non-JB event.
Our common goal is to send Four Play Palm to as many concerts as possible, and have him signed by as many BN'rs as possible. A little slow getting out of the box, so to speak, this year...but the first stop will be somewhere in the Chicago area...
With this being the fourth tree in the line, we(a few of us) settled on the name Four Play Palm " (FPP) in honor of the great job Bill did last year, sort of like his reward for being BN Employee of the Year.
