OMG!!! I've been watching Weather.com all week and now they are saying that the heat index will be 109* @ 3 pm on Tuesday.
Please, I beg you!! Please drink lots of water while you are in the parking lot.
Cooper Hospital is only 5 blocks away but we don't want anyone to land up there because of heat exhausting or dehydration.
And one more thing. This is coming from a blue eyed fair skined Irish lass.
Slather up on the SPF as often as you can.
One year I saw a guy who had someone paint a parrott on his back in lotion. The parrott was pure white (He obviously used like a 50 SPF) and the rest of his back was blood red with sunburn. Yeah, the parrott was cool, the artist was very talented but the dumas had to deal with the after effects of sunpoisoning for the next few days.
I guess my post comes with a moral.
Please use your common sence on Tuesday.

Yeah, don't do what I did last year at Philly and forget. Not only did I have the most awful and ridiculous looking tan lines from the tank top I was wearing, but I was in excruciating pain for the better part of a week. Definitely NOT worth saving the three minutes it would have taken me to put suntan lotion on. Doctor said I was reaallll close to sun poisoning.
Listen to Blackjack's wife (and me, another pale, pasty Irish girl)...WEAR SUNSCREEN!!!!!!!
(This was your public service announcement for this Monday morning...)
