Hi you all,

I was wondering if anyone can help me out -- I am going to Camden today but I am concerned because I have lung problems and I probably shouldn't be going

but c'mon it's Jimmy. Anyway, does anyone know if the Tweeter Center has an area that is air-conditioned. I know in the winter it becomes a closed facility so I am hoping that there is somewhere I can hang if it gets too much for me. If not, I will just have to leave

and go to the hotel then go back to pick up hubby and friends. Also, is there plenty of handicap parking? I probably should of asked this question earlier but I was holding out hope that the weather wasn't going to be as bad as they were forcasting -- but alas it is freakin' awful!
Thanks,
Char

The main lobby area has AC and is the only area I know of.
Be careful, it is going to be a wicked day.

I would get on the phone with an operations manager at the center, advise them of your condition and get some first hand info AND get the person's name (first and last) in case you need to utilize any available facility. Good luck!

Good idea - don't know why I didn't think of that -- actually I was trying to access their website and they seem to be having problems with it.

Anyway, the nice lady I talked to said there is an area inside that is air-conditioned as well as a well-equiped first aid facility (she added the she hoped I didn't need to use it but wanted me to know that it was there if I needed it). She also told me what parking lot to go to for handicap.
I feel better about going.

If it's anything like Pittsburgh, there's just a tent inside where you can buy drinks and sit down; they do have nicer (air-conditioned) bathrooms though...
