We got 4 pavillion!!!! Section 204, Row HHH, Seats 43-40. Not the greatest seats but they'll do!
I got them at ticketmaster.com about 20 - 30 minutes into it. I just didn't give up. Persistence definitely paid off for us yesterday!
We scored pavillion for Indy and Alpine too!

Got the room when the date was announced, got the lawn seats on ticketb***ard....oops I mean ticketmaster yesterday, wife and I are taking our 'keets ages five and eight to their first concert (what a life those 2 have, their first concert of any kind is JB!). Probably get the highbrow looks from their friends' parents but screw 'em! Promised I'd take 'em before JB hangs it up. Looks like the ol' family vacation will be spent in the Chicago area this year!
Any other families with parakeets going to Tinley?

We wil be in Chicago on Saturday and then Indy the following Tuesday. I'll probably take the whole week off and do some experimenting with the new Margaritaville Tequila flavors, practice makes perfect!!!

Absolutely! There's still a chance I will go to the Buffett show. It will just depend on the Lollapalooza line up and who is playing on Saturday night. If anything, I might be able to spend some time at the Buffett tailgate. PM when it gets closer to showtime and I will let you know what I'm doing that weekend!

Dang! No tickets for me!!
Got a few feelers out, friend's hubby (and fellow parrothead) is the UPS guy and delivers to someone who might be able to help. Should know something today. If not, I've been checking ebay and have an ad up on the ticket exchange.
Keep your fingers crossed for me, I'm new to this site, but a long time concert-goer. This is the first time in about 10 years that I've not gotten our Buffett tickets through Ticketmaster.

Actually got tickets - 3 lawn & 2 singles on opposite sides of the stage....My mom & stepdad, my brother & sister-in-law will be coming too...I've warned them about the parking lot & preshow festivites! None of them have been before....
We were hoping for 5 lawn but at least we're all in the door. Bro lives in Chicago, so all set for lodging.... Countdown to August!

I will be there!!! Finally won tickets on Ebay tonight....almost lost them at the last second but thanks to quick fingers and an extra $5 bid, I WON!!!

I will be there. Looking forward to it! I actually got pavillion seats...never sat in the pavillion at Tinley or Alpine before. Figured I would give it a shot. Section 203 Row HHH, Aisle seats.

How nice of you-I am actually going to the Friday Cubs game with a dear friend of mine and her daughter. My friend has probably been a Cubs fan longer than most of us have been alive!
