I'm so glad JB is back to playing at Irvine again. By far the best place to see him on the west coast.

I was able to score 2 tickets for Thurs. Terrace 10 AAA I can't believe how high the prices are since last time he was in Irvine. Last time I paid $88 or so and I sat LITERALLY 6 feet from the stage.

I'm curious. Is there ANYBODY OUT THERE who got ANY of the Orchestra level seats? I know I didn't get close. I'm up in the Terrace and I was right there hitting the send button the second Ticketmaster opened up the sale.

FYI, Thursday's show is not sold out yet. I just looked and you can still get 4 Terr. tix together although partially obstructed so there's got to be a lot left.

My wife and I scored Irvine tickets for both Thursday and Saturday on Ticketmaster.com Not sure if this is the great equalizer....we have so so seats and we booked at 10:01 am. No lawn though!

Well.....they are at face value, and frankly, the parking lot is where many things happen! We will be there waiting at 11 am both days for the lot to open across the street (to the consternation of the office park employees on Thursday!), and the consternation of the Irvine PD both days. If history has anything to do with it, the PD will push Irvine to open the gates around noon - 1 pm to get the people off the streets.

We are taking our "Margaritaville" Bus, our Monaco tour bus style coach in with "Meet Me In Margaritaville" painted on the back and FINS BUS California plates. We are bringing one of our cars with PIRET40 plates on it as well. We should be in RV Alley along the front fence with any luck.

BNer's...you are all welcome to stop by and have a drink!

FINS UP!!!!

Good news....at least this venue has lots of Porta potti's...compared to Ft Lauderdale which had ZERO! Ugh. We flew in for that show, and had to walk a half mile to the Hard Rock Cafe.
