Good luck Jennifer! I thought you did pretty well w/ the smoking thing before?? I haven't given anything up, but I think it's cool -- I DO use that word too much!-- when people give up or do things that don't benefit them in anyway. Like, it's great to give up candy, drinking, smoking, whatever... but the person is benefitting from that too. (NOTE: I STILL THINK IT'S A GREAT THING TO DO!!!) My point: my sister used to give up sleeping with her pillow--that's one of those things just between her and God! Not sure that made sense, but I'm too tired to think!

I have had a few friends give up smoking and did it for good
