Do you believe in Angels?

Post by kitty »

I took a class last night in an effort to broaden my views. It was called "Angels, Aura and Intuition"
I had a very hard time believing some of the things the intructor said and really could not relate to it. I believe in Angels..like the ones in heaven...but I do not feel their "presence" nor do they talk to me.
We didn some excersizes and some of the people in the room said names of their gaurian angels came to them. My mind was blank.
We also did an excersize where we partnered off and had to ask permission for the other person angels to reveal their name to us. The name Rose came to my mind right away...when I told my partner that...she looked shocked and said it was her Aunts name who had died years before. Coincidence? maybe...I don't know.
I just wonder how many people can conect with their inner angels and Aura??

I know I run the ridicule risk here, but I've always had angels and I see auras. My paternal grandmother walked around in the most perfect purple light I've ever seen. She died when I was 8 and I "felt" her leave this world.

I "knew" when my paternal grandfather died. I woke up in the middle of the night and made my mother call his neighbors. They went to his house and he was gone. Still warm, but gone.

In my darkest hours, I've felt angels with me.

Can't say how I "know" these things. I just do.

Good luck with the exercises, miss kitty. I miss you. :D

hello etp!!!
I miss you too!
No ridicule from me...I was actually envious of the people last night who seem to be open to recieving the feelings. I wanted so badly to feel something or to see people's Auras...but no matter how I squinted...I saw nothing. I am very interesdted in it...but I fear I may not be open enough to make progress. It is facinating!
I am taking another class on using your angels to heal...we'll see how that goes.
thanks for the amazing story!

Kitty,

I believe in them Big Time! My most recent experience was:

I saw three auras leading up to the days before Steve died. They were outside at a distance and moved closer as his day moved closer. The morning he passed away, they were just steps away from his bedside.

I had many "visions" for a few days thereafter including Steve as one as well. When I went to a website about angels, there was one in particular clothed as Steve was and the symbol for said angel was what I saw in my vision. My parents tell me it's the Celtic side in me.

We are now up to four unexplainable things in our house, where the previous owners daughter passed. Does that count.

1. An antique music box that had not been wound up and played in 5 years started playing by itself.

2. The right hand swing on the swingset her father built started swinging all by itself, no others and I was outside, there was no breeze.

3. While I was showering, the razor I had hanging up about a foot above my head on the opposite wall, flew over my right shoulder.

4. The children were playing in one room and moved to another. The bag of toys (a Polly Pocket case) they left in the first room, "flew" into the hallway. Nobody was in the first room. Yes it was "Her room"

I think I would be looking to move.
I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.

This happened to a friend of mine:

They live in a small rural town, everything was fine until she got pregnant..

1. One night she woke up to use the bathroom and saw an image of a person in her closet.

2. After the baby was born, they had a burp rag draped over the basinet, the next morning, the burp rag was stuck flat to the wall....They couldn't get it to stick again after taking it off.

3. One night they came home and heard "something" sharpening knives in the kitchen, when the woke up the next morning, one of the knives was half way out of the block.

4. Their electronic microwave displayed the word CHILD on it.

---they actually had someone come in and do their thing, since then, nothing has happened.

They did some research and found out that in the late 1800's there was a sawmill where a man was killed...his wife was pregnant and she committed suicide when she heard the news...some people say they see her image walking along the creek in their town...that creek is part of their property...

Anything is possible....

Sounds like someone was really sad and couldn't phix it.

I had an presence come into my room one night. I asked it to leave. It did, but came back. I asked it to leave and stay gone. It has. I didn't feel threatened. Just uncomfortable.

IMHO, some people "have it" and some people don't....it is almost like "getting" the parrothead thing, although maybe you can't acquire seeing supernatural???

I agree. This is not something I cultivated. It's part of who I am. Like my green eyes or my gray hair. There is no real explaining it. I can talk about what happened, but I can't say HOW it happened. :)

I understand I may never "get it" like ETP or Jodi does...but I am just hoping to allow myself to be open to it...to allow it to happen if it is meant to.

I think you're halfway there already if you're at least open to it :)

I'm a firm believer in angels, guardians, and the information and power held within auras.

Kitty, I'd love to hear how the class on healing with your angels goes. That sounds very interesting.

Yes, I believe in angels and in spirits around us. I believe there are people see auras, but I'm not one of them.

I don't think it's something you can force to happen, or to see, but can only be open to it, and sometimes it happens.

I believe some people are more disposed to see or feel things going on in the supernatural world by virtue of their personality. As ETP said, it's just something you are... The way you're made....

While I've not seen auras, I've seen and felt some incredibly awesome things, many of them having to do with Civil War soldiers and soldiers from other wars. I can't begin to tell you why these things happen, only that they do.

One sea story. My now 12 year old son was seriously ill shortly after birth. Within 24 hours of birth, he developed pneumonia in both lungs, and it was not at all clear whether he would leave the hospital with us, or in a casket.... The doctors told us that *if* he recovered, it would involve a long, slow process, maybe even weeks in length. At the time, we belonged to what can only be described as a *praying* church. It was a Sunday morning when the doctor told us that Jay did indeed have pneumonia, and the prognosis was guarded at best. The church started praying. At that point, Jay was breathing 120 times per minute and still not getting enough oxygen.

On Tuesday, with Jay now 6 days old, I arrived at the hospital about 4:00 PM (we weren't allowed to stay the whole time) completely worn out, emotionally and physically. As I stood over my son, crying and asking God to heal him, I felt a presence and heard a male voice say, "He's already been healed." I realized that his breathing did look slower, and I grabbed his chart. What the doctor said would take weeks happened in the space of less than 30 minutes. Vitals were charted every 30 minutes. At noon, his respirations had been 120. When the nurses took his vital signs at 12:30, his respirations were 40 per minute. Normal. They were never abnormal again. The doctor was at a loss to explain how what should have taken days or weeks happened in a half hour.

When Jay was about 4, we were telling someone about how he'd been sick as a baby, less some of the drama in the previous paragraph. Jay said, "I remember that." Huh? So I asked him what he meant. He said, very matter-of-factly, "I remember when I was sick, when I was born. Jesus came into my room and made me all better." And then he went back to his toys, like it was no big deal to him, but something that was natural and happened every day.

Angels? Spirits? Yes, I believe
