You're asking one of the two most indecisive people (and he's the other one) that question. I would kind of prefer that over a Vegas wedding, but at the same time, all I have to do for Vegas is give them a cc#, pick my flowers and show up. Jones Beach would be way, way more complicated (and probably hella more expensive, with less dependable weather) with choosing a photographer, florist, caterer, blah blah blah. But I would get a beach wedding.

At least you have more than 6 weeks to plan! :o

I'd go for Jones Beach vs. Vegas. Vegas is easy, but the beach is the beach. :D

Yes, but see indecisive comment earlier- we could have 6 years and it wouldn't make any difference! And the other big factor would be the cost of doing it on Long Island- there's a good chance that a decent photographer would cost more than the entire thing in Vegas.

I heard that this is a definite.... Talked to one of my sources tonight.... But then again, he told me a lot of other venues were definites and the tour was reworked because of Hoot. But who knows. He says it's a go.

HG, would this be a definite for July 1st or later in the summer? BTW, have a great time out west as I wish I could make the trip.

He would not give me a definite date, but he did say that Jimmy will be at Mohegan on the 29th and it would make sense to play Jones Beach on the 1st, now wouldn't it? And then I said, "So it'll be on the first." And he said "I didn't say that." So Jones Beach is on the 1st.....

Nothing more than hearsay right now, but HG is a pretty source. (I meant to say pretty "good" source but since she is both I decline to retract my previous statement)
