I've seen Sheryl and thought she was very good live, better than the watered down radio singles she puts out lately.

and I dont know how Dmb can fill Fenway, they couldnt fill Comerica Park and are going back to Pine Knob this year because of it.

I wonder if the DMB fans would be upset if DMB closed with a Buffett song.

She's terrible period, as are DMB. Maybe they should pair up my fav-o-rites: Garth and Billy Joel.

I'm not a DMB fan by any stretch, but there's a few tunes that really grab me.

I'm surprised Fenway made the jump from rock legends to "mainstream" acts so quickly. I think Billy Joel would have fit the trend moreso than DMB.

Billy Joel would have sold Fenway Park out. I am sorry Jahfin, you may have your opinion of the guy, buy he knows how to work the crowd and puts on incredible live shows.

I saw her for free about 4 years ago in Battery Park here in NYC. It was overpriced.

Dave Mathews' voice sounds like he's got lower intestinal problems and is having trouble squeezing one out.

I always think that about Bruce Springsteen when I see him live. He has the goofiest facial expressions. :pirate:

When it comes to strange faces on musicians, nobody comes close to Phil Alvin from The Blasters.

He looks like that pretty much the whole show.

And pee.

I guess that's what's up with the constant leg shakin' thing. Of course this can all be tied together with that recent tour bus dumping incident as well...

Not even close! Billy Joel had a hard time selling out the The Fleet Center errr The New Boston Garden (17,000) he would never sell out Fenway Park(35,000) unless the tickets were dirt cheap. Even when he toured with Elton John tickets were not tough to get.
