TeaPartyConcerts.com for Great Woods

Just wondering if anybody tried this website instead of Ticketmaster when the Great Woods tickets went on sale? It's basically an alternate ticketmaster website that sells tickets (face value) to all Boston area shows. There's a link to it on the Tweeter Center website.
Quick story. So, I've got the two computers going at 10:00 on tm.com. One gets through for 6 saturday lawns and the other is spinning it's wheels at 15 minutes or more. So, I figure what the hell, I'll switch it over to teapartyconcerts.com and see if by some miracle it hooks us up. Same thing, 15 minutes or more. We end up going out for the day. 9:00 Saturday night, my wife goes in the basement and looks at her computer....wait time 15 minutes or more.
What a joke!
So, I'm curious if anybody tried it and had luck.
