Did anyone have trouble with Ticketmaster?

Post by womandlux »

Well folks we had a hell of a time with ticketmaster this morning. We gave up after they placed a mandatory delay on re-try's to the site. We just decided to go through a broker instead..

I think Ticketmaster is the spawn of satan. Anyone else have trouble?

Check the thread.....screwed by ticketmaster...again...plenty of troubled people. Tried for PGH tickets...for sell at 10am, was told at 10:10 still not for sale!! Did get thru, had seat numbers, credit card info ready to go, then was told sorry all sold out. Pa. had lots of unhappy people. By the way, I love your town, been there a few times...my favorite place.

I had problems, too. Maybe my computer was caching the not-yet-on-sale page for me.

I think ticketbastard ought to ask a trivia question for concerts, instead of that silly type the word you see above page. Maybe we ought to have answer a multiple-choice question with Jimmy trivia -- like completing the line of a song.

That oughta make sure that true Jimmy fans make it to his concerts. I'll bet they still sell out.

Yes but the people who wanna make a profit would not have a chance to get tickets, and that is totally unfair.

Yep. It'd be totally unfair to folks who don't know Jimmy. Isn't that the point?
