Anyone have a idea of the best to to make it into the the parking field at the theater before it is full and we have to party in field 4. Fields 4 was great but we would like to get into the theater parking field this year. Thanks

Anyone know anything about the standing room "section" that's supposed to be off to the side from Section G? It's on the Jones Beach map that's off their official site, but I was wondering if these tickets really exist? What's the deal?

the standing room area at jones beach is usually for the people who get to be in the vip corp tents.. also is sometimes used for handicap people. You cant see that well from there..
FYI jones beach doesnt serve any alcohol!!!! but, if you are in the vip tent, they do serve alcohol.. once again the little guys (like me) getting screwed! well guess i need to party more in the parking LOT or sneak a little rum in for my cokes!

I sort of agree. i've been there dozens of times and the lower seats are better in my opinion but all are good....

This is my first trip to Jones Beach and I am going to be flying in. What is the best way to go to the concert? Should I rent a car, or use public transportation. Also how is the tailgating there?
