I am a YES person, too, Wayne. Unbeatable as a hangover remedy -- seems to replace lost electrolytes very well. The best is from our local dairy -- Baxter's. Mmmmmmmm. They have sugar-free for ME!

I prefer Mayfield Chocolate Milk (either regular or lowfat).
My 'keet only drinks Nesquik Strawberry Milk (but at least he's drinking SOME milk).

I love white milk, as well (preferably Mayfield).

Wayne, you've lost it, but...

I prefer the pre-made stuff at the grocery store or delivered by the dairy, then the powder, then the syrup, then Ovaltine.
