Facebook is similar to Myspace, but it's for college students, alumni and staff. (they also have it for high schools now).

I am on facebook for my alma mater. I don't have a profile posted, but I occasionally will read the pages of some of the students I know.

except facebook is MUCH better than myspace. you have to have a valid university email address to log in or create a profile, so it keeps a lot of the internet trolls out. plus the format is much much more professional (myspace sort of looks like a geocities website)
