Tom Wopat, better known as Luke Duke on The Dukes of Hazzard TV series, has been charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving after the vehicle he was driving hit a series of orange traffic cones and nearly struck a police car in northern New Jersey. The incident occurred Wednesday night (March 15) while the 54-year-old actor was driving a Ford Bronco in Ringwood, N.J. A resident of West Milford, N.J., Wopat was released into the custody of his girlfriend.
