I'd have to think way too much to come up with the list, of course I will also admit that I don't know all of his songs, so I could also be missing some that I might have near the top
I also like this type of thread, for the same reasons, many songs on people lists I like quite a bit.... interesting though....

It is fascinating to me to read these, and learn how we love the same artist; we truly like him for different reasons. I think that is a good thing. A few songs that I absolutely love came up on people’s most hated list.
I love:
-Ballad of Spider John
-God's own drunk (even though it is not his, I think he did the song great justice, and it takes me back to the good old Marvin Gardens days.)
-Migration
-When Salome Plays the Drum
My least favorite:
-CIP
-volcano
-Math Suks
-boat drinks
-fins
Just goes to show we all like the same things in different ways.

I could have picked almost anything off of Down To Earth and High Cumberland Jubilee but that would be way too easy.
In no particular order:
Altered boy (I liked the kiss my a$$ message to the haters just not how it was done)
Baby's Gone Shopping - not many Buffett songs that I do not know the words to and this is one of them
Margaritaville (Pitcher Perfect version) - absolute uninspired garbage, especially that "hee haw"
Strange Bird
Oysters And Pearls
of course this is an ever-changing list

I ran into that same problem. there are so many lousy songs (imo) on those two albums that I would have burned all five picks and not made it past 1973..

Um... sorry, can't think of any. I mean, by process of elimination and paired comparison analysis, obviously there are songs that I would put at the bottom of my list of Jimmy Buffett tunes. However, I choose not to dwell on that part of the list. I play those songs less often but wouldn’t go out of my way to walk over to the disc player to FF past a tune.

I thought that was why he invented children. They were around long before remote controls. I believe the remote control was invented by an adult whose kids had gone off to college.

LOL That's what I was thinking. That's in my top 5 always! Course, I've already seen some of my "worst" appear on other's "best" list. Variety is truly the spice of life.

I agree! I LIKE those songs, especially Autour du Roche. I loved that the 1st time I heard it and ran right out to buy the cd. In fact FSOTW is my 2nd favorite album. And Treetop Flyer? Geeessshh! Knocks my socks off!Hey, different strokes.
I think the only song I really dislike is Fool Button

no... while I understand it is an opinion, that one has been creeping into my "wow.. nice song" list (mainly because I didn't have a copy of the song prior to about 6 months ago()
