Hoot promo...so where might we see Jimmy?

Well, since the "Hoot" release date has been "pushed back two weeks in order to take advantage of Jimmy's availabiliity," one would think (and hope) he'll be actively hitting the promo trail for the movie.

Of course, he's due to play the New Orleans Jazz Fest on Saturday, May 6...and we know he'll honor that or the Balcony Girls will hunt him down.... :o

But between the end of the first tour leg (April 28th) and the May 5th opening, where do you think Jimmy will pop up? And/or, where would like to see him as he does the promo gigs?

I'll toss out two...

Today Show...good repore and history with the Today Show. Maybe an interview with trailer and perhaps a studio performance of "Good Guys Win" -- too early for the outdoor gig and that would detract from promoting the movie.

Ellen Show...good repore with Ellen last time he was on and there's certainly material to build on as she said her audience members were "Owl Heads" (takeoff on Parrotheads) that went "Hoot, hoot". :o :lol:

So, what else?

I could consider the gig, but a) I'm not little, b) I don't giggle well, and c) I'm not sure I could actually request that song.... :o

I have a couple of friends who could fill in. :roll: :lol:

The scary part is that if I make it to Jones Beach, I could so see them there just b/c of CIP, and nothing else :roll:
