Dell sword down for a sec and tell me what's wrong.
"D^MN SLOW lately" and kicked off line THREE TIMES doesn't give me the whole picture, other than your ISP S*ks.
I work in an HP shop but always recommend Dell to my users that want advice on a home PC.
