One of the partners here at the firm dips. An ass kissing associate started dipping after getting assigned to one of the partner's cases a year or so ago.

I dipped in high school. Haven't touched it in years. When I did, this was my poison:

I tried English sniffing snuff years ago. That's the kind you sniff. I twas different.
My dad used to dip. His spit cup was GROSS.
Well...(said in my best Bubba voice) I've been on sabbatical.

My husband has been dipping for about 24 years... way back when his grandma, who was a tobacco farmer in North Carolina, taught him to put a napkin in the bottom of the spit cup to make it less gross. (which is what she did when she chewed)
He chews Kodiak:
I wish he didn't, for health reasons as opposed to gross reasons, but oh well.
My favorite dip is Lipton California Dip... 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix, 1 16oz container sour cream. Serve with potato chips or pretzels. Yum!

I had been dipping for about 25 years (mainly Copenhagen). In the past year I slowed it down, and now I have been off the snuff for close to 2 weeks now. It hasn't been as hard as when I tried to quit last year. I went cold turkey then, and I was a real a$$ for most of it.
Tip for everyone buy stock in the candy industry. Their sales have been going up the last 2 weeks.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to
fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Ever confuse the full dip cup with the full coffee cup?
And so ended my day of dipping. Haven't touched the stuff since.

My last two years in baseball, the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues (Minors governing body) was sending ex players round to talk (sort of) about it. The were missing jaws, cheeks, parts of tongues etc. to cancer. These were some of the most horrible disfigurements I have ever seen on a person. Used to like Redman and other chews, haven't touched it since
