Have you ever lived alone?

This topic came up at hubby's birthday party on Saturday and really set me thinkin'.

I've never lived alone! I've always lived with roomates, a boyfriend, my family, my daughter, or hubby. Never alone.

Just curious who else was in this category...

Seems kinda funny 'cause for the longest time I hated being alone and now I pine for time all by my lonesome.

I'm always alone, even when the room is full. :(

I've never had to "share" Victoria (thank God) so when I lived with just her we were 24 x 7.

I lived with my ex-best-friend for a few years and either boyfriends or parents besides that.

I lived alone briefly in Orlando. The roomate I had was a psyco so I kicked her out.. then put the house on the market so I could move back home. I was miserable... logged lots of miles on my car in that couple of months. I think that if I had been closer to my friends it would have been ok. Financially I couldn't live on my own for long

I would be lying if I said I didnt enjoy the occasional break! It allowed me to attempt to have a social life....

I did it for 10 months when we lived in Minnesota. There was only 1 night that entire time I actually had someone baby sit her at night so I could go out for my birthday.

Until last year for my honeymoon when we were gone for 12 days, the longest I had been away from her was a long 3 day weekend.

There was a time I was very resentful because I never got a break or had any time alone, but now I'm VERY happy I don't have to play kid swap on the weekends or worry about not having her on the holidays and such!
