it's very hands-on. although, i'm not sure how well i'll bake at a lower altitude. everything i know is adjusted for cooking above 10,000 elevation!

I just fill muffins with a nutella-fat free cream cheese-sugar mix- tastes like insanely good chocolate cheesecake (but isn't cheesecake a pie?).

And it's insanely good, especially when drizzled with raspberry sauce.
