I pretty much like them any way! But... What part of the pig is the "rind" from? :o :o
The skin I think... ever get one with a little pig fur still on it?
Never..but you didn't include all of the above for the different kinds...and there are salt and vinegar, too..

and I like them all...never had the microwave kind...and probably won't..
Darn it! I meant to do the all of the above option too! Oh well.

There used to be a brand of them in this area that came plain, with a packet of hot sauce. I forgot that option too.

As for the microwavable - there's no way I'd try them. The thought of THAT sounds disgusting!!

yeah,, I've avoided the microwavable kind,,,sorta scary...

but pork rinds are better than rice cakes, at least to me...

The microwavable kind, are just like fixxing microwave popcorn. DON'T OVER COOK THEM. They are in a little flat bag like microwave popcorn that poofs up. They are better than the regular off the shelf bagged kind, when done correctly. Not worth the effort if they aren't.

I don't know what way I like the pork rinds best. I have had fresh cooked ones that were awesome. I use Trappey's Loisianna Hot Sauce ( It is not REAL HOT but it has a nice enough bite and flavor ) on them and I used Tobasco on them long ago, but I can't eat hot spicey foods anymore. NOT that I ever liked food that was spicey HOT to begin with!!!

I ate pickled pigs feet as a kid. I used to love them.

I will be at THE Hoot Island and I was planning on making copies of the Freddie and the Fishsticks (aka JB) show that I attended in Aspen,CO to give out at Hoot Island. The problem is that the copy I received cuts off the Coast of Marseilles(a really rare and very good version). I met Buffetbride (BN screen name) at the concert and we exchanged email addresses and when she got to sing on stage with Jimmy my friend took her picture and then I emailed it to her. She said she would send me a copy of the show as a thank you for providing THE ONLY PICTURES of her on stage with Jimmy (I even offered to pay her for the CDs and postage). Anyway, she has ignored countless emails and PMs so I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the show that doesn't cut off or if you would PM her and ask her to keep her word. Thanks for your time.
Uhh. Gee thanks dude. Sorry I'm a slacker.

If ya send me your address again I can send them tonight.

But microwave popcorn... if I cut open the bag without cooking it, I find popcorn kernels (seeds? what is uncooked popcorn called?) in greasy orange stuff.

Microwave pork rinds... WHAT would I find if I cut open that bag before cooking???? ewwwwwwww! (Rhetorical question - don't answer if it's what I imagine!! )
