Hey, we Canadians are so laid back we rarely take credit for anything...like Lacrosse...like Ice Hockey...but Canadian back bacon is as Canadian as "Garth and Wayne"!! (No not Gretzky - you can keep the whiner and his gambling wife down there in California).

Canadian back bacon is awesome on pizza along with portabello mushrooms and a 6 pack of Canadian beer to wash it down with - oh, and if you run out of beer that is sacriligious here in Canada too!
