A sort of 'dirty rice'...quick monday meal.
Rice cooked with hamburger, add peas and a can of seasoned tomatoes.
Served with a baguette and crush pepper on the side.
Well I’m a tidal pool explorer
From the days of my misspent youth
I believe that down on the beach
Where the seagulls preach
Is where the Chinese buried the truth...

Daughter has a high school track meet tomarrow evening so tonight it was grilled chicken cut into small strips over a bed of bow-tie pasta and alfredo sauce. Very easy to make and very yummy!
No quarter given!

Cranberry Juice and Vodka.
Wine later for dessert.
*I* don't eat dinner during the week. Can't eat after 5:00.
Weekends are always good, big meals.
During the week, Elrod and keet fend for themselves with whatever sounds good.
