Roast chicken, scalloped potatoes, fresh asparagus steamed with butter and lemon, and a mixed green salad.
Can I wait another hour???

I already had mine as it was last night
I had rissoles with salad and wedges - pretty simple.

Broiled flounder, biscuits, and a vegetable yet to be determined.

buffalo chicken cheesesteak with extra bleu cheese, and an order of loaded french fries. Hubby gets a chicken parm sub and the same type of fries.
Damnit, I'm not cooking tonight

I've got a hockey game so it will be chicken wings and beer after the game at the bar! Mmmmmm.
And I wonder why playing hockey two nights a week does nothing for my weight???

Just think of the beating you would take from the team if you got to the bar and ordered salad and a mineral water.
I think its a good balance you've got going.
