Wal-Mart will also dictate the production and transportation schedule.

Any manufacturer that chooses not to do business according to Wal-Mart's standards is welcome to sell their goods elsewhere.

There must be a lot of retailers with with over 6,400 locations worldwide and 138 million customers a week. Certainly one of those competitors will have terms that fit how the manufacturer wants to do business?
