MEETING IN NYC??

Post by justinnycny »

I see that the Metro area parrot head club meets 2nd friday of each month in manhattan. Wanted to know if anyone plans to head to the bar next friday (4/14). according to the website they meet 5:30p at Chelsea Grill.
I am not sure how old the posting is and if folks still go.
I have seen some postings here from NYC folks that want to meet up so this could be a good way to get together.. We can start planning now for tailgating at Jones Beach!!!
If this doesnt work, maybe someone else wants to pick another date and place.

thats true, you could drive to port Jeff and take the boat.

Metro north should be about $20 round trip from Grand Central

$23.50 RT Off Peak. the 80 minute ride is just enough time to drink a 6er on the train.

i may be joining the festivities. I was gonna try to get to alpine but i've got up to 6 concerts already and will most likely be going to Chicago as well. I think I'll bypass Alpine. So i'm gonna get to this shindig!!!
