hoot soundtrack
I absolutely LOVE Florida!! Um, the song( and of course my beloved state.) For that alone I'll buy the soundtrack. Werewolves is a pretty decent cover BUT, even JB can't compare to Zevon on this one. It will be amazing if Jimmy sings this one at the concerts and the audience sings aawoooooo!!! PLEASE, PLEASE JIMMY!!
Gonna dance til I fall!

Same here. I disable pop-up blocker and am using Explorer. Still no luck; page just refreshes. Oh well, I ordered the CD several days ago from Amazon. Will have to wait.anthonyaia wrote:Make sure you use Explorer, Firefox does not seem to work.Matty wrote:I cant get the thing to work either. I hit the link and it looks as though the page just refreshes itself and thats it. I turned pop up blocker off too. Can someone help?

I hope that all the greedy bastards in the world
Come back as lobsters.
You know that life at the bottom of the food chain
Suits them well.
I think that all of the evil people of the world
Come back as horseflies,
They want one last bite before they're sent to hell.

To tell the truth I'm kinda disapointed.springparrot wrote:Well---what are the opinions????
I expected "Barefootin" to rock a little more, Jerry Jeff's version is still my favorite. I guess I just expected better from Alan and Jimmy.
"Werewolves of London" sounds like its lacking, maybe energy but then I don't like Warren Zevon's original to begin with.
Definitely a cheese factor there.
I have to keep telling myself that the songs are intended for a kids movie.
Musically I like Floridays, Jimmy's voice just seems uninspired compared to the original and it's missing some of my favorite lyrics.
Not to impressed with Mophro. I'd heard "Florida" before.
However, I like "Good Guys Win" a lot and who knows, maybe once I get the cd in my hands it will grow on me.
In fact, I'm willing to bet it will.
