As for the 5 bedrooms.. 3 of them are a bit small, but we really don't need them anyway. Housing prices in that area are about to skyrocket as soon as they finish a water main that's supposed to supply the island. So we'll probably resell in a couple years and the extra bedrooms should be a nice resale feature.

I love John's Island!

We can go to the Sand Dollar on Folly...maybe they'll have a good Blues band playing....

I feel a plan coming on.....and you need to call my neice..at St Francis...she's right there..and knows all the hot spots in town...
