McDonalds drink lids used to have the McDonald characters impressioned in them (Hamburgler, the french fry guys, the big blue thing, etc.). We'd fill the impression with Elmer's glue, let it dry, and then use markers to 'draw' the character.

That reminds me of a friend who's little girl was into jacks. My friend's husband played jacks w/ his daughter a few times and ended up really getting into it. He'd have championship games w/ his daughter and her friends; it was hilarious.
Oh, and in addition to alot of yours, we played pass the message (put a note in a glass to where the next message was, until the one team "found'" the other team....) And release the belgium (til I got bitten by a German Shepard.)
