Hey Everyone,

I have a new update on the cups.

Gonzocompadre: 4
Jill 54: 4
Bubba phan: 4
Fruit Cake Dawg: 8
Railroad Lady: 6

I will be putting these in a bag with your names on them....

Everyone has asked me the cost on them.....If everyone wants to put in .50c each cup, (cost), that should be fine. (ex: 4= $2.00) I'm really not that worried about getting $$. Except from non-bn'rs....I want to be fair to our phlock first.

The game sounds great Cocotel.....alot better than what I had come up with.
Let me know if you need my help on putting anything together.

Cocotel, I'm too, am a "Newbie" to this discussion board. I understand the gates open at 12. I've never been to Verizon before. Any shade? What are the conditions like? This will be our first expierence with tailgating. Last year's concert trip was too rushed to tailgate in Febuary. Any tips?

Keets are showering at the moment so I figure I'd sneak a quick message in.
Yesterday I had posted or PM'd or something of the like about our banner.

It did not come in exactly like the picture in the photo gallery.
The artwork is all the same but they took away "Party in paradise 2006" and only included "Charlotte BN Phlocking"
I called them when I got in today and told of the mistake. They seemed to not give a flip about it and pretty much dismissed me saying that it was the order they received.

Not true!!!!

Well, it still looks good to me so if you look to the picture in the photo gallery please try to see it as "Charlotte BN Phlocking"
I apologize for this.

It is 18" high x 54" long
It's not the largest banner but I'm sure the artwork will stand out.
Besides this is only a means for us all to find one another. The real Party in Paradise should not hinge on our sign.

Who's got another idea for a game.
Gotta run, Maggie's got soap in her eyes.

I'm sure the sign is GREAT! Frankly, it could say blah blah blah blah blah, just so long as everyone knows to look for the blah blah sign, that's all that matters.

I'm ordering one for our car as well...hope they don't screw it up, but for the $$ I'm taking my chances.

Should I change the imprint on the cups? There is still a little bit of time.
The cups are going to say "Party in Paradise" Charlotte, NC Summer 2006 with a pretty tropical background.

Just let me know, I thought it would be nice if they matched the banner.
Instead of Charlotte, NC ....I might have them change it to Charlotte BN Phlocking. What do you think?

I know you will be busy today....so if I don't hear from you I will go ahead and change it.

Good morning to everyone....and to the new folks who have jumped onboard, a hearty welcome!

Don't worry about it, Cocotel.....like Carribean Dreamin said, as long as we all know what the banner says and we're able to find each other, that's only thing that matters. If it will help any, y'all can look for a black Jeep Wrangler with a South Carolina tag. That might be a little easier to spot....along with the banner. With the cellphone numbers, we shouldn't have a problem. Has anyone ever used this premeire parking before? Any info on how it works??

I'm starting to feel like the real newbie here.....this is only my fourth show (if you can believe that!) although I've been a phan since the beginning of time. I used to say I was the biggest Jimmy Buffett phan on the planet who had never seen him live.

The lyrics game sounds great, Al! I have no idea how it works but it sounds like fun. You'll have to teach us "newbies" how it's done!

We play the lyrics game at gatherings, tailgating, etc.
You play the song on the player then un-announced you stop it and whoevers up to bat finishes the verse.
