Looks like the cups are going pretty quick considering we have 116 left and only 6 groups have reserved them.
Not to worried about it though.....We will just be the special people....and let everyone envy us. LOL... just kidding.

How are we going to know who is who at Boardwalk Billy's?

For those who are familiar with Boardwalk Billy's, could you give us an idea of where and what time we could all meet?
We also will have the cell phone list by then.
I know me and Dennis will not be there until 7:00.

I have a Sales Rep that is in Charlotte, I will contact her and ask her about Boardwalk Billy's.

Hey everyone! I'm still here, busy with work. I've never been to PH meetings in Charlotte. I kinda live in between two clubs and I've gone to Asheville for a couple of meetings BUT I am going to Verizon this Friday night for Brooks and Dunn concert. I will try to go early and check things out. I will see where Boardwalk Billys is and if we have time, run inside and look around, maybe have a drink but definiately will scout it out. Also I'm going to reaquaint myself with the parking lot at Verizon, with tailgating in mind. Will report in after the concert.

Cocotel, keeping you and your family in my prayers. Hope things go well for your wife! Your frog story was hilarious, especially considering the same kind of thing happened to me and my daughter. We were at Epcot right after Easter, waiting on the fireworks and we had watched this frog cross the walkway. I tried to convince my 14 yr to pick the frog up and get him out of harms way and about that time he took a huge leap and landed on her. I thought she was going to have a fit, screaming and flapping all around. I thought I was going to wet myself from laughing so much. (She would die if she knew I was telling this, but it'll be ok).

Can't wait for the concert, still counting down the days!!!!!

What do ya'll think about bring canopies? Walgreen's has them pretty cheap. Of course they are made cheap, but I was thinking it would provide a little shade. I sun burn easily and my 2 keets are on meds that make them burn easily so I was wondering what to do. Otherwise, we'll have to hang at the hotel and not come to the show til later to shorten our time in the sun.

Many people have expressed concern about being in the sun all day.
Some are bringing large umbrellas, some canopys.
If you can find a cheap one I'd picked it up.

Mrs and her friend Debbie will be leaving the hospital in about an hour.
Since she's getting admitted tomorrow for a couple of days, me and the girls are going to make her something special for supper.
Not sure yet but we'll come up with something.

Cocotel, I really admire you..... most men wouldn't take charge like you are doing. Bath, school, dinner........little frogs.

I might be bringing something for a little shade....but I love the sun, and so do my phlock.

I plan on arriving in Charlotte on Friday ( my wife is kicking me out early so she can remodel the rec-room) so i will be and hanging out at Billys since I have nothing else to do patiently waiting for my cell phone to ring and the party to begin

Remodeling the Rec-Room instead of a phun weekend of Buffett?
We have got to call her during our party!!

We will be coming in on Saturday.....around 3:00- or 4:00ish we will be at Boardwalk Billy's. We are trying to figure out a place at billy's so that we can all meet one another.

We will definately call her during the show..She has been to 3 shows with me including her first in 1988 at Kings Dominion where on July 4th Jimmy finally did Gods Own Drunk in concert again right after he did The Lawyer and the a**hole (Jerry Falwell )
