Keep it going!!
Good morning Deb.
Unfortunately the police and some Verizon attendants did not communicate well about musch in that lot.
We all would have been side by side if they didn't have such bad communication.
But as far as I'm concerend it worked out well.
We need to do this again!!
We will figure things out!!

Had a great time sunday, especially meeting all of the phlockers. Sorry I was under the weather, I slept all day Monday. Feel pretty good today. It WAS the flu, not the Jager bombs.
I got it from my wife.
Anyway, if I seemed little grumpy or not into it, it was my stomach, not you guys!
Hope to meet up with you guys again, and thanks for the hospitality to my friends, they had a blast!
My wife Maria says hello!
Albert, our best to the Mrs as always! Tell dennis hey!
I'll try and burn ya a couple of those bootlegs, Bubba Phan! Tell Phil we said hey
TTG, I'm sorry I could not eat more of your food! I just wasn't feeling well. We'll share a canopy city with you anytime! What a spread you guys had!
RRL hope you like the jager
Heather loved the jello shots
Nice to meet ya deb!
tafor still got the flip flop!
Anyone I forgot, I'm sorry! Hope you guys like the margaritas!
Tallship, I was at the table and you may have introduced yourself to my friends who are not bners and didn't understand what you were saying

This was my first Buffett concert. I must say I did not meet anyone who was rude or unfriendly in anyway. I don’t know if I meet or talked with anyone from this board or not. I did look for the banner, but because there was sooooo much to see, I must admit, I did not actively seek it out. The whole experience was amazing. I was fortunate enough to have parking near the gate and seats in section 2 near the stage. Prior to the concert I and my cuz wandered the parking lot. People were sharing their food and drinks, hugging and giving peaks on the cheek. We were also able to return the favors of sharing from our table. Once inside the people around us were also just as sociable. Security was more than pleasant when asking those dancing in the aisles to return to their seats. During the whole event I did not see one episode of behavior to warrant a complaint. Even the gal in the seat in front of us giving “mammary” shots was not offensive. The only comment I have to her if she is reading this is, “you don’t have a tan line!” The whole day was truly an adventure to be remembered. Thanks to all who made it possible!

Hi everybody,
I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed meeting the few people I did meet. By the time I got to the parking lot and found the phlock, some of you were feeling puny
I wish I could have bonded with everyone Sat. night. But just by communicating on this thread, I felt like I knew everyone. It was nice putting faces to names.
Lauren, it was great meeting and talking to you and Phil. In just the few minutes we talked, I felt like I had known you forever.
ncdeb, it was great to meet you, too. Loved the chairs. You are so talented. Wish we could have spent more time together. Even if you are a Gordon fan
Albert- thanks for getting this phlock together.
Lauren-thanks for the list. It was great.
RRL-thanks for the cups
Heather-thanks for the shooters.
Anyway, good to meet y'all. I would love to get together again sometime.
Albert- My prayers to Maria. You are doing a great job.

Hi Jill! It was really great meeting you, too, and your daughters! I hope they had as much fun as we "old folks" did!
I'm really glad you took the trouble and were successful in finding us in the lot. I guess things were a little more chaotic than I had originally thought. Having never done the tailgating thing before, I had no clue how much is going on! I walked around quite a bit looking for different people and it was really hard! I never did find mirrortthatlies (Nan) although some of the folks we were with located her and gave me a pretty good idea of where to go. I talked to Ronda (fruityparrothead) on the phone but could hardly hear her, at that point. Phil and I went into the show a little early so I don't know if she ever found us.
It's a just a blur now.....a very fun, very exciting blur!

Well, well...I screwed up royally and I'm so mad at myself!
My phlock got to the lot around 2pm and we set up our stuff. It was just about then that I realized that I left my phone sheet BACK AT THE HOTEL! How stupid! I thought...no biggie...I'll find these guys! My hubby and I searched and searched...we found the Charlotte club and thought for sure someone there would know where the BN phlock might be. There was another guy there looking for the BNers, too. He was a lurker...but knew my screen name when told him. (Hi if you are lurking out there...it was nice to meet you!) So, after walking & walking, hubby and I decided we needed to get back to the rest of our group. I'm so sorry I miss you all!!!!!! I was really disappointed! I hope everyone had a wonderful time! (hope you are all dried out by now!)
How was the Jell-O stand? Did anyone win the shark squirt gun?
Albert....praying for Maria! Update us when you can (She's in good hands!)
RRL....If you still have my cups, I'll be happy to pay for shipping for you mail them to me...if not, no biggie! But someone needs to take a pic and show me what they looked like! LOL!

Oh, Stacey.......I wish I had called you! I didn't realize that we hadn't heard from you until after Phil and I went into the amphitheater. It was impossible to find anyone without being able to call them. We ended up having a problem getting into the lot at noon and it caused our large group to be split up into several smaller groups that were spread out more than we would have liked.....Made things harder from a tailgating standpoint.
The jello shots were awesome!! I will email you my pictures...I think I took a picture of the stand and the sign Heather made.
If you aren't able to get your cups from Kerri, let me know. I'll be happy to send you a couple of mine. They are really cute!
Just PM an address and I'll stick 'em in the mail.

Lauren,
Yes, my daughters and sister in law had a blast. My sis in law was a Buffett virgin and was totally amazed at the tailgating. I did warn her about it but she didn't think I was serious until she saw it with her own 2 eyes. My oldest daughter is quite the drama queen and complained about getting wet but her sister is a huge Buffett fan and didn't mind the rain at all.

I apologize to those that could not find us. As Cocotel said, we kind of got herded to the other side of the parking lot. We were on the same row as the Charlotte PH Club, just at the other end of the row, towards the main entrance.
We did try to mark off some extra space for our tent city, and those that had the lists did find us, but I hate that we missed some of you.
I did not get to talk to all that stopped by,(had a few virgins in our group that we were showing the way to).
Hopefully, there will be another show in the Carolinas so that we can improve the Phlocking and learn from our mistakes. (The PH Club kind of arranged "special group status" and had a little more free will in parking
Tallship, I didn't meet you, but wish I would have to introduce you the the group. We've got an awesome, generous and sharing core of Pholks.

Hey everyone!!
Albert...i will continue to keep Maria in my prayers!! Also..it was great to meet Dennis!
Thanks again for all that you did and continue to do to keep the spirits up of you wife and daughters. You are a great man.
Ok..i am feeling much better today!! haha Yesterday was just sheer exhaustion and a mild/moderate migraine...i think from the jello shots!! Don't know how many i did but it was plenty! Went in to work around noon and tried to stay awake for the rest of the day...i took a nap when i got home and then was in bed at 9. The rain on the lawn was a blast..haven't done that in a while.
Parrotnole..i wish i would have seen the guy mudsliding near you..i would have been right there. I came down to say hi to your group but you were not there. I had about 10 of the woo woo shots but i didn't give those out...i think i ended up doing someone else's..i am sorry but i cannot remember her name. We need to be the jello shot ladies at the next show as well!!
I really cannot thank you guys enough for such a great tailgating experience. I have always wanted to tailgate with a big group of people. I hate that our group had to get split up as well. I was not too happy with that cop but hey...we ended up having fun. I really enjoyed meeting all of you. I said a lot on my earlier post but after reading what has been added i wanted to say a few more things..and just see what was goin on with everyone!
Deb---i want to see those chairs. You were sitting in it when i came down to say hello.
I thought everyone was really friendly and really hope that we can plan a phlocking around another show or when a Buffett Cover band comes around...that would be too fun! I am sorry Tallship that you felt we were not being friendly at BWB. It was so loud in there and hard to hear everyone so to start up a conversation was a challenge. I really do hope you give us another chance because everyone that i met was not like that in the least bit....I felt like we were all old friends from talking on here.
Gonzo-I am sorry to hear that you were not feeling well but better now...those margaritas were awesome! Your wife Maria and friends were great! I just wish my husband was there so you guys could tell physics jokes or something j/k
I told him he missed out...
Tafor..thanks for the necklaces and the flip flops!
Bubba Phan and Phil...so great to meet you guys! I know i have said this already but enjoy the vacation. We are going to OBX in August...cannot wait! Also...when we try the racin experience..i will let you know haha.
TTG---great tailgate set up. Your wife and friends were so nice and who knew that your friend was dating my sisters friend from school! I feel like i know Theresa from somewhere...what does she do if you don't mind me asking?
RRL..again...i bow down to the jaeger bomb queen!
Jill 54, Mirrorthatlies, PoohBear/SideW13 and Downislandphan....so great to meet you guys!
OK...i think i have seriously rambled on long enough. have a wonderful evening. Glad everyone made it home safe.
