WHAT A DAY TO PICK OF ALL DAYS..... LENIN'S BIRTHDAY??? :o

Considering who started Earth Day and the era in which it started I am not the least bit surprised. Since Lenin seemed to be pretty popular with some in that culture.....NOTE I SAID SOME

The photo is by Bill Hogue from an Earth Day Card from http://www.snowleopard.org

I am not sure if the photo is going to show or not ....it shows mountains and a Snow Leopard.

Could it be SATAN!"  I'm a tree hugger, so I try to make every day Earth Day, but people like him REALLY p*** me off. I can not believe how ignorant we as a society can be :-?

Good grief, folks. It's chosen as the 3rd or 4th Saturday in April...it doesn't have a thing to do with the date or anyone's birthday.

Enjoy the day.

Garry,
Come on down! I got some mud bogging pllaned to thank Mother Earth for the gasoline and oil and mud and all the other materials she has provided that offer so much fun!!!
Any luck at all, might even get to open the roadside cafe for buzzzards and worms and flies. They have to eat too and Mother Earth put them out their for a reason.

I am pretty sure she would not want them going hungry and starving to death.

So lock in the hubs and do it it in the mud!!!
Oh yeah we also get show our appreciation of using multitudes of water that Mother Earth gave us that not only sustains life,....it is also great for washing our vehicles.
No doubt Lenin would appreciate our exhorbitant display of Mother Earth's riches and our appreciation of them as well, by spinning in his tomb a time or two or maybe more as we roar or crawl through the mud with our SUV's and continue to supply the capitalists with much needed cash to keep them in the lifestyle they have become accustomed to.

LET'S GO BOGGIN',BURN SOME FOSSIL FUELS, AND CELEBRATE EARTH DAY AND LENIN'S BIRTHDAY!!!

After that, we can have a huge bonfire and lighten the coolers a bit, and cook something on the grill, while listening to some JB, at about 150 watts in the middle of nowhere!!! Someone might even bring a cake and some fireworks!!! And we can all toast to Lenin...ADIOS, SAYONARA, GOODBYE, HAPPY BIRTHDAY A$$HOLE!!! HAVE A NICE DAY!! After that, then have a everyone say a few words of how greatful we are for "Mother Earth" and all of her gifts to us and drink or two to her as well. :D 8)

I know! 8) Solar power, windfarms . . .birds sang and the leaves started bursting from their buds!

Singing . . .

Just give me the warm power of the sun
Give me the steady flow of a waterfall
Give me the spirit of living things as they return to clay.
Just give me the restless power of the wind
Give me the comforting glow of a wood fire
But please take all of your atomic poison power away.
Everybody needs some power I'm told
To shield them from the darkness and the cold
Some may see a way to take control when it's bought and sold.
I know that lives are at stake
Yours and mine and our descendants in time.
There's so much to gain, so much to lose
Everyone of us has to choose.
(Chorus)
We are only now beginning to see
How delicate the balance of nature can be
The limits of her ways have been defined
and we've crossed that line.
Some don't even care or know that we'll pay
But we have seen the face of death in our day.
There's so little time to change our ways
If only we together can say
(Chorus)
All of your atomic poison power
All of your atomic poison power
Away.
