what to have for lunch

i'm getting this food allergy test tomorrow. I have a list of things I can't eat and am mierable. No vegetables, no fruit, no dairy, no high fiber foods, bread, pasta, crackers, etc
no nuts, no chocolate, no legumes
no sugar or sugar substitutes
no lunchmeat
no alcohol.

i'm not a big steak person but basically that's all I can have. I can have any meat, any fat and I can have white rice with no butter on it.

hmmmm. you could do can-o-chicken w/ rice and velveeta (is that considered dairy).

I'd suggest finding a new doctor... or maybe just eating the current one.

At first I thought you meant the drink Slice.... but that with a Snapple wouldnt be to filling. So then I thought about a pience of pizza.... oh never mind....LOL

and you do realize that when you fry the chicken it needs to be fresh and not canned??
