Nope never on the grill...... just make sure you cook it long and slow. Enjoy!

I don't think I've ever cooked one, it seems like every time I go for a big block of meat, it's awful. But I can make a pretty mean pork loin if you ever need help on that one!

Since it doesn't have much marbling, you may want to cook it using the indirect method over the coals/gas. And like Topless said...long and slow and maybe with some added moisture in a pan on the side.

the best way to cook a round roast is a pressure cooker. if done right, the meat will be falling apart from tenderness

Tomorrow at noon!

Mom bought it and it looked really good, I suggested trying it on the grill and she was fine with it.. I figured it would take forever to cook by itself so I cut it into three big pieces.. We shall see... my mouth is watering already..

Wow I just don't know about that. I used to be a butcher and I must say that the meat will probably be dry and tough if cooked on a grill. You would be better off getting a thich New York Strip or a good Delmonico...just a thought.
PS Try Emeril's Southwestern Rub, it is awesome on steaks!

Just to let everyone know... it was absolutely amazing on the grill.. The outside grilled up nicely and the inside melted in your mouth.. I will most definitely do one on the grill again in the near future!
