HELP!

So for my birthday my wife bought me lawn seats for the upcoming Atlanta show, BUT somehow, someway (don't ask) the tickets were included in a load of laundry and are now nothing more than a soggy bits of white paper.
As I'm sure you guys know, ticket prices are insane now and we can't afford to repurchase. Does anyone have any experience in a problem like this?? They were purchased from ticketsnow.com and I will be talking with them later today, I just wanted to get some feedback in case there was anything in particular that I needed to do to have them re-issued.
Help!

So sorry for your luck.

Other than calling the seller and seeing if they can be reissued..... I am not sure what else you could do.
How do they look dried out?

They look pretty awful and definitely not usable. . . With all of the ticket fraud that's been happening in Atlanta the past few shows they wouldn't even consider letting us in with these.

We're they internet tickets? If they were you could probably just reprint them from your email... I don't think there's a problem reprinting them cause they only let one person in per scanned barcode. Just a thought.

unfortunately they were hard copies. . . . and the ticket broker is telling me that there is no way to re-issue them.
Oh well, looks like we'll be tailgating in the parking lot!

Oh how AWFUL!
When you get the replacements do what we did, ALL the tickets for our group are in someone's safe deposit box at the bank we work at! I know that sounds nuts but at least we all know where they are.
Good luck!!!

Ohh I am so sorry for your luck.. We had a big group that went to the Atlanta show several years ago. I had a cousin there and him and a friend decided they would just tailgate and find some tickets at the show. well they found "a great deal $50 for two tickets" and had to spend the show in the parking lot because that deal was too good to be true.

We had friends who had a very similar experience at the last Atlanta show. . . The ticket broker is offering up 2 more tickets at their cost, it's still pretty expensive, but might be worth it instead of risking purchasing fake tickets at the show.
"It was my own _ Fault" for letting them slip into a laundry basket in the first place!
We were really looking forward to it though . . . my wife and I went to the Wrigley show last year, but she has never seen the atmosphere of an Atlanta tailgate!

hunttide...It is probably my favorite (not just because it is close). But the tailgate experience is awesome! We will be on the big dirt parking lot on the backside. We will have red pirate flag on our pole and a Falcons flag (I am a Falcons season ticket holder) ...drop by and see us. Last year we had about 40 invited members at our tailgate but I am sure more stopped by.

Appreciate the invite! We'll try and spot you out and swing by. Not sure on our set-up just yet, but I'm sure it will involve an RV, a few flags, grills and a pool!

Too horrible!!! There is one time that I can think of when I didn't hate Ticketmaster. It was my first concert after an entire lifetime of being a fan, but for many reasons couldn't go to a show. So...I was able to get pavillion seats through TM, and put them in my boyfriend't trusty hands the day of the show because he NEVER loses anything. Lo and behold...one hour before the gates opened...NO TICKETS! I was so upset I couldn't even yell at him! We went to the box office, and they gave me an 800 number for TM, and because I had bought them online with a credit card, they re-issued right then and there. I hope there will be a way for you to get seats. Lots of times you can get good deals right in the lot before a show.

Serves you right for buying from ticket broker scum. You should never support those bastards.

We'll, it's difficult to get tickets from Ticketmaster when they sell-out in 5 minutes . . . most of which go to Ticket Brokers. Any better idea's? I'm open for suggestions.

Do like I do, if it's too difficult to obtain tickets through Ticketbastard, don't go. Believe me, life does indeed go on if you're unable to attend a Jimmy Buffett concert. Beats the hell out of putting money in the pockets of ticket broker scum.

give it up... the guy wanted to see a show so he bought the tickets (actually wife did). We all know your stance on brokers... In my opinion life is too short to miss a show you really want to see because the tickets are being sold by a broker.

I'm not a big fan of brokers either, but I'll use them when I need to. I'm not gonna miss a show I really want to see just on principle. I hate Ticketmaster too, but I buy from them all the time. I'm not much of a 'cut off my nose to spite my face' kind of guy.
