Gardener McKay
Okay I am embrassed to admidt it - but my inlaws, who are slowly becoming Buffett converts asked me last week who is Gardener McKay, and I don't know. Does anyone have an answer? I know the name appears in more than one of Jimmy's songs.
Thanks

There was a Kon-Tiki, but it wasn't Gardner's boat. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kon-Tiki It was Thor Heyerdahl, who crossed the pacific in it...Missing B'dos wrote:Actually, wasn't the boat 'Kontiki' and it was supposed to be the kind of boat the early Pacific islanders had used to travel?

He's also a defensive back for the University of Colorado football team!
I can't wait to sing "Hey, Hey, Gardner McKay", after all of his big plays this fall.
