Go to tripadvisor.com, search on vegas, and then go to the forum's tab.
That website has whole threads, broken down my month, dedicated to vegas promo codes. It's a GREAT way to save some money. As an FYI, there are a ton of posts on this site everyday and you may have to scroll back a few pages to find the code thread for the month you want.
If you've never been to Vegas, you need to make sure you pick the right area of the strip based on what you want to do AND how much money you have. I prefer the south end (MGM, NYNY, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, Tropicana, and Excalibur) because the restaraunts, casino's and clubs I like are in these hotels, BUT it's subjective and some people like the middle strip because it's got more "action" and some like the north end because it's cheaper and more "old style" vegas.
Make sure you do your homework and you can't help but have fun in Vegas!!
