No. It doesn't. A foreign influence comes into play. Toss in some of the City of Lights, too. It was an AWESOME finale. I cried all the way through it.

I haven't gone to HBO yet.

My resolve now is to rent them, in order, and give up trying to watch the syndicated reruns. I'm easily confused, and I really need to get to bed earlier each night. Plus, I'm totally addicted to LOST and read all the spoilers, etc, so I'm not sure how much I really WANT to know about Sex in the City now.
