LOL! Sorry about that. We just reliesed that we NEVER used the landline....it seemed...well....pointless to keep. Has the business really been hurt by this trend? Most folks think we are nuts (namely my mother...lol).

Well since I work for Directv.. I really don't know
my job is as much helping people through issues as
"talking them out of disconnecting"

AH.....I misunderstood....I thought you worked for a phone company. Teaches me!
