Nah, the recovery time is more in days but based on the schedule it'd have to be late Nov. !), and skipping St. Bart's this time (another for the Bucket List )...there aren't even tickets to get in that bar and a guarantee that you will actually get to see the show! That is a huge chance! I still got my money hanging on waiting for Tahiti! I am dreaming of seeing the Southern Cross on Pappatee just like the song says! I understand the frustration of him still pushing the date and even just talking about it! Remember Anguilla took well over a year to plan!! I think Tahiti is no different...can you imagine the customs nightmare and hassle to get the equipment shipped and on the island! He lived it going through San Juan to get to Anguilla!
Let alone venue and alcohol selling issues. Bankie had to redo his whole stage area at the bar to accomodate the crowd! I am sure there is a million other things that come up! Like ticket sales! Notice he hasn't been back to Anguilla? Was it too much of a headache? I hope not! That was awesome! He only recently figured out how to make it happen in Paris! How long did they wait for that...probably years! Paris is no small island either, that may have been a little easier! It still took a while I am sure! Never the less, I think it keeps getting pushed because unexpected snags pop up! It is uncharted waters...meaning he has never taken the full band and fans to invade the beautiful island of Tahiti! Now Australia might be easier...they have venues to play at...especially in Sydney! Off my soap box now but...give him some credit...he wouldn't just string us along...I say it gets put off farther with good cause! I say there is a reason!

I'm pretty much done with thinking about it. Waving something at me for 2 years now has gotten old.
I don't remember hearing him talk about going to Anguilla until the show was officially announced. Just wait and see...I have my money on Jimmy! I have no doubt at all that he'll do it eventually, but my money is being spent on something else now so I won't be there. I've waited for almost 2 years, not doing other stuff and having my hopes raised and dashed so I'm just moving on to other things. Well, I always wanted to go there anyway so it's kind of a no-brainer.
