I have an old friend who works for Ticketmaster (i know, i know, I don't know how he sleeps at night.) Anyway, he says that as of right now there is nothing on the schedule in GA, NC or SC for Jimmy and they haven't heard of any rumored dates at this point either. Seems to be late in the game for TM not to have any info. As for him playing at Phillips Arena, as bad as the acoustics are there, I'd rather see him at Phillips than not at all.

I can't help but have confidence that something is in the works for the Carolinas. Especially since there were no South Carolina dates last year and glancing over the concert dates since the late 80's, Jimmy has played as many shows in North Carolina as he has nearly anywhere else with one or two exceptions. It's obviously one of his preferred stops. I guess it just may be later in the summer though.
Come on back to the Coast of Carolina Jimmy!

I am getting worried that the southeast dates will be in February and all indoor shows. That has happened in the past. I sure hope that is not the case!

Since it's March already I don't think we have to worry about indoor dates in February.

Does it really matter? The tickets are probably all up on eBay and Stubhub by now anyway.

Trouble with a capital "T", and that rhymes with "B", and that stands for
BUFFETT!

Both.
He'll play a Saturday night in Iowa, then, the following Wednesday do a concert at the YEE-HA Arena in Boise, then the following Saturday play a second concert in Iowa.

That's AWESOME!!!! I love that musical. The gal who played Marion grew up to be quite a "big" gal. I saw her on some PBS special for the Boston Pops the other night.
Victoria uses "Gary, Indiana" for an audition song. I showed her pictures of Ron Howard now and she about died!

THE most embarrassing three minutes of my life without exception was when our high school dramatics class did that musical and in the scene at the park this (then) 17-year old, 120 pound, acne faced
PUNK swallowed every shred of human dignity I'd ever possessed, and had to dance and sing the song "SHIPOOPI" in front of my entire high school, faculty, parents, grandparents, siblings, uncles, aunts, cousins, and
former friends.
For the rest of the play all I did was look for a crack in the floor to crawl into and hide.
