Just talked to my travel agent. Hew as at the concert this weekend....Said the Street party at Margaritaville was more fun than the concert itself.

Also talked to some phriends with the Salt Lake PHC [sl ut parrotheads, get it?], who didn't get tickets to the show, but said that Friday night and the street party were soooooooooo much fun...

Well the day we've been waiting for has arrived. We get into Las Vegas at about 8:00 tonight and are staying at the MGM until Monday. We wanted to get there a little bit early to make sure there is plenty of cold beer, the blenders are warmed up and the lounge chairs at the pool are comfortable.

We will be out and about plenty but plan on going to Margaritaville on Saturday for the street party. Look for us we will have our lanyards and Buffett News name tags on. There will be 4 others coming with us, 2 of them are virgins who are looking forward to meeting many BNr's (I must have told them stories).

We are just going to take our cats (Marg & Rita) to the inlaws for the week and we will be off to the Airport.

Weather is here, wish we were going!!

Had a blast with you guys last year! Just sorry we couldn't make the same weekend this year. Oh well, guess it was our turn to operate as "Parrothead Tour Guides" for the 3 virgin couples we took with us last weekend.

Have a great trip and enjoy all the "goings on", especially the concert ... I'll be listening!

Oh, and please say "hi" to Chris for us tonight!

They must not have been trying!!!! When we entwered into the alley in MGM there were people practically giving away tickets.......

Actually I think you may be right. They never even sounded bummed. Thinking they may have used those few hours as a breather to launch into a huge postparty!!! But glad to hear of the surplus, i'll be lookin for one this time!!
