Confidence! Confidence! Dry and secure!!

No, not really!
Just curious how people pronounce the word sure...
At a Girl Scout workshop yesterday, the class leader said it quite often...
Can I have the blue paint? "Shore!"
Can I get another plate? "Shore!"
Can you hot glue my handle on? "Shore!"
I discovered it drove me nuts!!
(I pronounce it sherr, like the beginning of Shirley, rhymes with stir)

I voted Other. I pronounce it "sho'" as in "Sho' Nuff".
