Remember when Jimmy used to do "Stump the Band" (or whatever) during each concert? Someone from the audience would pick a song, usually something old and forgotten by most (when I was at GW it was Fool Button) and the band and Jimmy would try to recall it...Fool Button stumped 'em....just wondering if anyone else remembers that, and thought it was fun. I did, and think he should bring that back....

Bring back the days when Jimmy spun the bingo wheel, picked out 3 luckys balls and played the songs named on each. (you know Jimmy, like you did at Timber Wolf) Please break away from the scheduled setlist, soon.

Jimmy, an accustic set at the Music Hall would be great phun.

those were both very good ideas and this year the concerts started with him playing a featured album each tour stop.the problem is that only lasted 2 shows!! it sucks because it was a great idea and made me pumped for the 4 shows i bought tickets to.

"Stumpo el Bando" was done during the Havana Daydreamin' Tour. All of songs requested can be found in the set list forum.

Anyone else know what happened to this GENIUS idea?? I was the same as you, extremely excited about the concerts this summer to see which album he would "Focus" on that night...but at the end of the last leg they stopped. I guess "Only Time Will Tell" if he and the band start that back up when the next leg of his tour continues!

I feel the same, I was excited to see what album would be at my show this year. I certainly hope that it comes back. It really was a great idea to spice things up a bit.

I remember "Stump the Band." Remember a couple of years ago when they had the "Hula Contest" pre concert? Then the winners appeared on stage with Jimmy.

I LOVED the hula contest!! Some were pretty darn funny...nothing like a few pre-concert drinks to bring out the "hula" in a person! I wish he'd do this stuff again...it was a hoot!
