In a cooler, packed with dry ice.

With dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler.

(I took that from their website, but they really do!)

GPHMTA, J.
And no problem Ragtop... I have ordered their lamb, and pork chops too. Yes, a little pricey, but worth it for being a convenient gift idea.

If you want to give a small town friend from Iowa a try, I always order from here:

I actually didn't think the Omaha Steaks were worth the $.
I've had them 4-5 times and found the strip steaks and filet mignons to be dry and not as flavorful as the steaks you can get at a premium grocery store like Papa Joes (a Detroit area grocer) or Whole Foods.
I'd find a great local grocery store and I think you might be happier than the mail order route.
Just my opinion.

Iowa Chops are one of the things I miss about living there.....I'll check the site out for sure! Whenever I visit, I always bring a big cooler of meat home!
